- No. Properties can be considered in as-is condition, and you don't need to clean out, stage, or repair anything before reaching out.
- Am I obligated to accept an offer?
- No. Contacting us costs nothing and creates no obligation. If we discuss an option and it isn't right for you, you're free to decline.
- What types of properties do you consider?
- We look at single-family homes, duplexes and small multi-family buildings, condos, rentals, and vacant land in the Milwaukee area. We review each property individually and can't commit to purchasing every one.
- Can I contact you about inherited or vacant property?
- Yes. Inherited and vacant properties are among the most common situations owners contact us about. If more than one person has an interest in the property, we're happy to include them in the conversation.
- How quickly can a transaction close?
- Timelines vary with the property, title, occupancy, and your own preferences. Some situations can move relatively quickly and others take longer. We'll give you a realistic picture rather than a promise.
- Do you buy land?
- We do consider vacant lots and land in Wisconsin. As with any property, it depends on the specifics, so the best step is to tell us about the parcel.
- Are you a real estate agent?
- No. Lockhart's Property Solutions is not a licensed real estate brokerage and we are not agents, Realtors, or attorneys. We're property buyers working directly with owners, and we don't list properties for sale on your behalf.
